Well, almost the entire family was down and finally home from Dubai! Ali just bought a house in NY so she is excused. We did as much as we possibly could in a week that seemed way to short. Was sad to see them check out and drive off this morning, but we had a good time and I have a feeling they will be back.

There was a time in my life, when I was assigned to a “short timer” Sgt. that could care less if I made it as an Air Traffic Controller or not; he was on his way to Japan for 3 years. Well, it’s another lovely day thus far, with this dang low-pressure that will not leave us. At least I got a movie about ready on Tivo from Amazon on-demand. Oh, and the rain gauge at work is finally working again!! yeahhh! lol
