Awards
Its not often that I get to brag about myself.
Well on this page I do just that. Below you will find links to awards given to me through-out my years. They are all PDF files so you will need the free Adobe reader to view. A brief explanation follows each award as well.
On August 19, 2007, I was officially voted onto the AVSIM.com Board Of Directors. There is no “paper” for this one, but I am very proud of it. Need proof anyway? Click the link above and search for my name on the front page. It’s there. I am VERY proud of this one, almost as much as the following….
probably my most prized possession. This is what tells the WORLD I was an FAA Certified Air Traffic Controller.
I was part of the first South Carolina State E-911 Certification Course. This is expired now, was only good for 3 years, but still nice to show off.

“While in the performance of your duties at the Airfield Operations Department, Air Traffic Control, Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina on 10 April 1993, the air traffic control radar room experienced equipment failure which made communications with air traffic control facilities south of our airfield virtually impossible.
