Yup, a whole bowling ball! 
That is what the scale at the Doctor’s office said I lost since last month! This was a re-check for some other items in my blood work, but the weight was down to 348! For updates on my weight, and to graph it, I’ve added a chart on the right side. Keep reading below for today’s info.

Well, today started my first “cleanse” day. I took the 9-day kick start on top of the normal 30 day plan so this is “day one of nine” in that stretch. It’s a little after 5pm now, and so far I am surviving! lol

Well, day two is almost over. Surprisingly, I am not hungry, beleive it or not! A lot of this I knew I needed to do; change my mindset about eating, drinking, and enjoying. There is many other ways to enjoy life without food and drink. Sure, I am going to really REALLY miss a GOOD beer every now and then, but for now I have to. More after the break.
